Seattle leaders are looking for the right person to be the city's new top cop after former-police chief, Shon Barnes, resigned in July following the Bite of Seattle shooting.

The policy will allow people to obtain a permit to stay in cars parked at private residences or the parking lots of faith-based organizations.
