But reality has a way of grinding the fantasy out of you. Pets and parents die, dreams get downsized, and it turns out castles aren’t magical at all—they’re just wet, stinking military installations built to fortify the immoral power of horrible men. 26 Year old Quinn Sullivan is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, and guitarist who rose to prominence in the early 2000’s and continues to amaze audiences worldwide. Born and raised in New Bedford Massachusetts, Quinn grew up in a musical household listening to classic rock, jazz and blues. Quinn credits his early obsession with The Beatles as the impetus for him to pursue music as a career. He received his first guitar at the tender age of three and quickly demonstrated exceptional talent. He gained national attention with appearances on afternoon and late night television shows (Tonight Show, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmell, and Conan O Brian). In 2007, Quinn met music legend Buddy Guy , who invited him onstage and would later invite him to tour and record with him throughout the next decade.

Over the years, Quinn has evolved from a remarkable young talent into a mature, emotive artist known for blending blues, rock, and classic influences. His discography includes multiple albums, with his fifth release, “Salvation,” recognized as his most personal work, exploring themes of loss, love, and resilience. He has been praised not only for his exceptional guitar skills but also for his songwriting, drawing inspiration from both his musical roots and his own life experiences.

In his interview for Vintage Guitar magazine’s February 2016 cover story, Pat Metheny was asked to name some younger musicians who’d impressed him. “The best guitar player I’ve heard in maybe my entire life is floating around now, Pasquale Grasso,” said the jazz-guitar icon and NEA Jazz Master. “This guy is doing something so amazingly musical and so difficult. “Mostly what I hear now are guitar players who sound a little bit like me mixed with a little bit of [John Scofield] and a little bit of [Bill Frisell],” he continued. “What’s interesting about Pasquale is that he doesn’t sound anything like that at all. In a way, it is a little bit of a throwback, because his model—which is an incredible model to have—is Bud Powell. He has somehow captured the essence of that language from piano onto guitar in a way that almost nobody has ever addressed. He’s the most significant new guy I’ve heard in many, many years.”
