Listen: Washington on track to reopen, but some rules raise eyebrows

Washington is supposed to be fully reopened by the end of this month. Olympia correspondent Austin Jenkins talked with Morning Edition host Kirsten Kendrick about the state's latest pandemic response efforts and how some of those are receiving pushback.
They also discuss how rare it is for the state attorney general to lead a high-profile criminal prosecution, particularly a case like the Tacoma police officers charged in the death of Manuel Ellis.
