Democratic U.S. Rep. Emily Randall is running for a second term in Congress. Randall is facing Republican Teresa Fox to represent the 6th Congressional District. It covers the Olympic Peninsula, as well as most of the City of Tacoma. This includes the ICE Detention Center.
