WA lawmakers modify portions of the parents’ ‘bill of rights’

Democrats in the Washington legislature worry the language in the Parents' "bill of rights" is confusing for schools and could undermine privacy for LGBTQ students or students facing abuse.

It comes after lawmakers enacted a controversial parents' rights law last year.
