You will have an unforgettable 24 hours to run or walk as many loops as you like around scenic Salt Creek Recreation Area. Participants - solo or as a relay team - circle the park in a 1.3-mile loop on a combination of paved and unpaved surfaces, while enjoying expansive views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, towering evergreens and vivid green moss and ferns, and a bit of World War II history.
While the clock will be running for 24 hours, this event is designed to allow athletes to challenge themselves by their own design - they can lap the course when they want, as many times as they like. Run or walk the whole 24 hours? That’s fine. Any other number of hours is fine too, in any configuration. You can go on and off the course as you please. Have a certain mileage goal? Just do that! You may stop at any time if you decide you have had enough fun. Training for another race? Awesome!

The National Stuttering Association’s Seattle 1-Day Conference brings children, teens, adults, families and speech-language pathologists together for a welcoming day of learning, honest conversation and community.
Attendees can take part in workshops created for their specific experiences, meet people who understand stuttering and build connections that continue beyond the Conference. SLPs can also earn 0.45 ASHA CEUs.
Coffee, snacks and lunch are included.

This is a permanent exhibition. Since time immemorial, Tribal nations have existed in this place we call Washington. This Is Native Land invites visitors to understand Washington State through the lived experiences and voices of its Native people.
Tribal nations are sovereign nations. Today, Native history, culture, and community thrive in our state. Through everyday acts of sovereignty – big and small – Indigenous peoples demonstrate they are still here, they have persevered, and they will always be here.
This Is Native Land is guided by three teachings:We are of the land and watersWith knowledge comes responsibilitySovereignty protects people, lands, and waters
These teachings are shared through multimedia, artwork, and interactive objects designed for guest engagement. They represent a contemporary continuation of Tribal stories and traditions.
Over 100 Native contributors from more than 60 Tribes shaped the exhibition’s stories and content. We thank the Native Advisory Committee and all community participants for their contributions.

Gospel, Blues, Jazz, and Soul embody the profound influence of African American music on culture and history. From the spiritual foundations and transformative movements of Gospel hymns to the revolutionary improvisations of Jazz, the Blues’ Southern roots rising from the Mississippi Delta, and Soul’s powerful amplification of the Civil Rights and Black Power Movements, these genres have defined the unique sound and undying spirit of a nation that continues to echo through contemporary Black music today.

A beautiful way to experience the upper Snoqualmie Valley. Join the Northwest Railway Museum for Wine Train excursions featuring Snoqualmie Valley wineries, food, and scenic views! Guests receive a complementary souvenir wine glass with each ticket and each glass comes with 8 tokens to exchange for 1-oz tasting pours. The 2.5-3 hour program includes wine tastings at the Snoqualmie Depot and the Train Shed Exhibit Hall.

Splash is a new trio led by acclaimed pianist and composer Myra Melford, featuring bassist Michael Formanek and drummer/vibraphonist Ches Smith, that continues her decades-long creative dialogue with the paintings of Cy Twombly. Their self-titled 2025 Intakt Records debut mirrors the physicality and gestural energy of Twombly’s work through exploratory, multi-layered compositions. All three musicians are celebrated improvisers and bandleaders in their own right, and have collaborated with artists like Tim Berne, Mary Halvorson, and John Zorn.
