Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson said she has decided to veto a recent city council bill to create a permit program for people living in RVs. The bill, championed by Seattle Councilmember Dan Strauss, would restrict overnight RV parking unless people get a permit and agree to work with caseworkers towards shelter.
