Girmay Zahilay outlines priorities as King County's next executive

For the first time in 16 years, King County has elected a new executive.

In just two weeks King County Councilmember Girmay Zahilay will become the boss of more than 18,000 county employees.

On Monday, he outlined priorities that include ending the cycle of homelessness and building more affordable housing.
