Seattle City Council to hold hearings on controversial new zoning plan

Seattle’s City Council will hold the first of three public hearings Wednesday evening on the city’s comprehensive plan called the "One Seattle Plan" put forward by Mayor Bruce Harrell.

This new zoning proposal has many people concerned, especially those who want the city to protect and grow more trees.
