The Rev. Frank Schuster, who has been a priest in the Archdiocese of Seattle since 1999, has been named an auxiliary bishop in the archdiocese by Pope Francis. Schuster, 50, is a Washington native and currently serves as pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Federal Way.
