Another view into the aftermath of the Bite of Seattle shooting in July is emerging.
The Seattle Police Department has released dozens of messages between SPD staff and leadership, as well as with people from Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson's office.
The messages show there was some initial confusion behind the scenes right after the shooting.
