King County approves $41.5 million for Capitol Hill crisis center

After months of meetings, the King County Council has approved spending more than $41 million to buy a former medical office, the Polyclinic building, on Broadway in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. The plan is to turn it into a walk-in mental health crisis center.
