In less than a month, Washington state's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for most state employees, educators and health-care workers kicks in. Workers still unvaccinated by Oct. 18 could be fired. Olympia correspondent Austin Jenkins joined KNKX Morning Edition host Kirsten Kendrick to share the latest on vaccination rates, exemptions, COVID cases and more.
