Community advocates ask leaders to adopt safety plan in Little Saigon

Community advocates gathered in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District Tuesday to detail a new safety plan they’re asking local leaders to adopt. The 15-point proposal aims to address homelessness, crime, and drug use in the Little Saigon area.
