Jim Knapp, Ralph Towner, Milt Kleeb, Tom Keenlyside ... these are some of the great composers and performers who've contributed to the regional jazz scene. We'll feature these and others, past and present on this today's episode. Two singer-pianists, Dawn Clement and Diane Schuur will also be heard as well as Vancouver B.C. saxophonist Cory Weeds whose latest album features him with a string orchestra. The album was featured in the February issue of DownBeat magazine.
