Seattle-based reproductive rights group Shout Your Abortion (SYA) is kicking off a decade of transformative work with a party on September 6th in Seattle WA. 

SYA exploded onto the national scene in 2015 with one honest abortion story and a hashtag. In the decade since, SYA has galvanized people all over the world and evolved into an unstoppable grassroots movement. 

To mark this milestone, SYA has dreamed up a one-night only, once-in-a-lifetime celebration including music from DJs Larry Mizell Jr., Stas THEE Boss, and JusMoni; first looks at a limited edition clothing collab with local fashionistas Prairie Underground and the revolutionaries at the Free Witch Quarterly; the debut of SYA’s new children’s book Abortion is Everything by Amelia Bonow, Rachel Kessler, and Emily Nokes, tarot with Lisa Prank and Bree McKenna and musical fortune telling with Corey J Brewer, special event screen printing with Ink Knife Press; on-site tattoos; remarks from SYA’s Amelia Bonow and more (including cake).
