Ferguson breaks away from fellow democrats on dealing with budget shortfall

Washington’s incoming governor Democrat Bob Ferguson is striking a different tone than his fellow Democrats on how to tackle the state's looming budget gap.

The state faces a projected shortfall of $12 billion over the next four years.
