Contingencies & Operational Policies:
Examining culture and how the organization is orientated, my goals as Artistic Director is to create a flat structure which in turn will allow information to flow in both directions and streamlines the organization thus making it more efficient. This will be achieved by forming a staff who will have an impact on the organization:
*Advisory board for good advice
*Governing Board
*A well-rounded lawyer for legal advice
* An Accountant
*A Doctor to provide healthcare, discounts, free screening, etc.
*A business professional to share ideas, help in the decision-making process and problem solving *Someone from the social elite or politician with clout and is known and respected in the community *Everyday people who give community efforts, have strong skill sets, and who is a good representation for the community.
* People who are enthusiastic about theater
*LLC or Professional PLLC, which will provide ‘breathing room’ if mistakes are made Assessment Strategies:
This prospectus will help to build a strong organization and will also help me as the Artistic Director to obtain the goals of combining more diversity through community-building events, community outreach and leadership throughout the organization.
