Nordic x Northwest: An Evening of Food & Cultural Exploration
As part of the special exhibit "New Nordic: Cuisine, Aesthetics and Place", the National Nordic Museum invites guests to a tasting by a select group of diverse chefs in the Seattle area.
Pulling from locally sourced ingredients, each chef will create a “bite” that captures the spirit of the New Nordic Food Manifesto, as told through their own personal and cultural stories.
Your ticket includes Museum admission! Have your bites and then check out our latest exhibition, "New Nordic", which explores the New Nordic Food movement — inspiring interest in local ingredients and natural materials worldwide.
