Fourth of July 2024 Regional Events

Here are some regional events celebrating the Fourth of July! All events are Thursday, July 4 except where otherwise noted.

Bellevue
The Bellevue Family 4th, presented by The Bellevue Collection, returns to Bellevue Downtown Park! Enjoy free live performances, family-friendly activities, food trucks, and more, including performances by Aaron Crawford (Country) and Soulfunktion (Disco, Funk & Pop Cover Band). The evening leads up to an extravagant fireworks display at 10:05 p.m., synchronized to a performance by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Bellingham
The Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Peoples Bank and the Port of Bellingham to provide the community with its annual July 4th fireworks display. The fireworks show will begin at 10:30 PM on Thursday, July 4th at Zuanich Point Park. Beer Garden from 12:00PM-10:00PM - The 21+ crowd can visit our Beer Garden, featuring a selection of cold beer, cider, and wine from Kulshan, Boundary Bay, and Bellingham Cider. The Cup Project will be providing reusable cups to enhance the experience and sustainability of our Beer Garden. Food Trucks from 12:00pm-10:00pm -Hungry celebrants can purchase delicious food from an array of local Food Truck vendors.

Blaine
Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration in Blaine and Blaine Harbor - Come spend the day celebrating the 4th of July in Blaine. Visit our Farmers Market for a variety of vendors with unique items and grab lunch at one of our delightful local downtown restaurants. Then enjoy the evening watching the fireworks light up the sky over Semiahmoo Bay!

Bothell
The City of Bothell presents a Fourth of July Parade and Pancake Breakfast! This event brings together thousands of people of all ages to celebrate and gather in the heart of our community, downtown Bothell. Bothell's Hometown Celebration will kick off with a Pancake Breakfast hosted by your Bothell Fire Department, followed by the Children's Parade, Grand Parade, and surrounding community activities.
Bothell Fire Department's Pancake Breakfast: Fourth of July festivities will kick off with Bothell Fire Department’s Annual Pancake Breakfast, beginning at 8:30am at Park at Bothell Landing. Attendees will enjoy complimentary pancakes and sausage, light refreshments, fire engine tours, and more.  At the Park at Bothell Landing from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Children’s Parade: After grabbing a bite to eat at the Pancake Breakfast, event goers can head to the corner of 104th Ave NE and Main Street for our wonderful Children’s Parade (free to participate, no registration required).
The Grand Parade is a spectacle of vibrant floats, marching bands, classic cars, dance and cheer, and so much more! With over 10,000 spectators and 1,000 parade participants, this is a great opportunity for organizations, businesses, and individuals to participate in. Starting Point: 104th Ave NE & Main Street; Ending Point: NE 188th St. (Near Pop Keeney Stadium).

Burien
Burien 4th of July Parade - The parade starts promptly at 10 a.m. and runs for approximately two hours. This is Burien’s largest parade, and thousands of people attend this great community event!

Centralia
4th of July Derby & Fireworks at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Centralia, part of Summerfest - fireworks start at 10:20 p.m.

Edmonds
An Edmonds Fourth of July Parade - 12 p.m. - The Edmonds 4th of July Main Parade boasts a lineup of around 100 entries with 15,000+ people in attendance! One of the biggest parades in the region, we would love to have your group join in the fun. All sorts of entries are welcome, including neighborhood groups, High School graduating classes and classic car clubs. Join us as we celebrate the great ol’ U S of A!

Issaquah
Issaquah's Down Home 4th of July, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. - Enjoy an array of festivities including a parade, Field of Fun, petting farm and food trucks! The Kids & Pets Parade is at 11 a.m. Spruce up your furry friend and your non-motorized wheels in red, white & blue to parade down Front Street. Wave to the crowds lining the street to cheer you and your pet on, while making your way south toward the Issaquah Community Center. No parade registration required. We recommend arriving at 10:30 a.m. to get lined up for an 11 a.m. start. Field of Fun is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Issaquah Community Center lawn/parking lot, where you’ll be greeted with sounds of laughter, bouncy houses, carnival games, a petting zoo, your choice of food trucks, and more! This is a great event for all ages.

Lacey
July 3, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Celebrate Independence a day early at Lacey Fireworks Spectacular at Rainier Vista Park with live music, kids activities, and food vendors plus a spectacular fireworks show set to music! Admission and activities are free, enjoy the Vuelta La Luna Circus, Dance to disco with Brickhouse at 5pm and get your groove on with Mr. Pink's top 40! Presented by Lacey Parks, Culture & Recreation. As the evening sky approaches we will prepare for our fireworks display at 10pm to light up the night with sparkling colors! Throughout the event you can indulge in a variety of foods and delicious treats. Plus, be mesmerized by the thrilling and enchanting variety circus Vuelta La Luna, adding an extra touch of excitement to the evening. Head to the Kid Zone where you’ll find activities including FREE rides, face painting and more! A perfect summer celebration for the whole family!

Mt. Vernon
Fabulous 4th of July Fireworks Show in Mt. Vernon...a good time for the entire family! Our spectacular firework show begins at 10 p.m. (park opens at 8 p.m.). Edgewater Park is the perfect place to join us for lots of space to spread out and enjoy the best seats in the house for awesome fireworks.

Seattle
Seafair Fourth of July, 3-11 p.m. at Gasworks Park, South Lake Union Park, and Lake Union. The Seafair 4th of July is the best way to experience Independence Day in the Pacific Northwest. This fun-packed event features a fully choreographed fireworks presentation accompanied by a musical score and a host of pre-show activities during the day. 4th of July festivities offer several free and reserved seating options and multiple vantage points to enjoy the show, with each location offering its own unique experience.

Summer Concerts at the Ballard Locks includes a July 4 concert with Seattle Civic Band at 2 p.m.

The West Seattle 4th of July Kid’s Parade kicks off at 10 a.m. at Sunset and 44th Ave SW and then we bike, roll, stroll, walk, and skip through the neighborhood! The fun continues at Hamilton View Point Park with potato sack races, kids craft tables, food trucks and more!

Tacoma
Kick off your summer at Tacoma’s Fourth of July Summer Blast celebration, 12-10:30 p.m. at Ruston Way and Dune Peninsula. The largest free Fourth of July celebration in the South Sound, Tacoma Summer Blast, is back for another year. This unofficial start to summer is hosted by Metro Parks Tacoma in partnership with the City of Tacoma. Celebrate Independence Day at two locations along Ruston Way. Starting at noon, enjoy two stages of live music, food trucks, beer gardens, entertainment and a variety of vendors at Cummings Park and Dune Peninsula at Point Defiance Park.

Tumwater
The 2024 theme of Tumwater's 36th Annual Independence Day Parade is "Red, White, and BOOM!". The Parade starts at the corner of Capitol Boulevard and Lee Street at 11 a.m.
