The recall petition against Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson is now in the hands of a judge in King County Superior Court. It was filed by two Seattle voters who say Wilson has failed to uphold her oath to maintain public safety. Some examples they cite include Wilson's decision to not expand CCTV cameras and the forced resignation of the police chief.
