Sunshine and sunny weather are predicted for this year's Fourth of July weekend over much of Washington, that's raising concerns about wildfires.
Conditions are dryer than normal and Washington state Public Lands Commissioner Dave Upthegrove says stray sparks can quickly become a hazard.
