Students and Teachers awarded $100 million in Monroe forever chemical exposure

A King County jury has awarded $100 million to parents and students in Monroe and found that the Monsanto company’s negligence harmed their health.

15 plaintiffs brought suit against Monsanto’s current owner, Bayer - because of exposure to PCBs in classrooms.
