Music of Remembrance

Now in its 25th season, Seattle arts nonprofit Music of Remembrance began to discover and share stories of musicians silenced in the Holocaust. Over the years, its expanded its programming to shed light on the experience of others, such as Josephine Baker, who also suffered persecution, prejudice, and exile.
