Wal-Mart Faces Largest-Ever Sex-Discrimination Suit
A federal judge rules that a sex-discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart can become a class-action suit, encompassing 1.6 million current and former female employees. Wal-Mart said it would appeal the decision. The class-action status makes the suit the largest discrimination case ever brought against a private employer in the United States. Schilling Gives Sox 2-0 Lead in World Series
The Boston Red Sox beat the St. Louis Cardinals 6-2 in Game 2 of the World Series, taking a 2-0 overall lead. Boston pitcher Curt Schilling helped lead his team to victory, despite a painful ankle injury that left him limping and threatened to end his season. Hear NPR's Tom Goldman.

So far, the Obama speech has been clicked on 1.6 million times and has drawn more than 4,000 comments, ranging from "awesome" to "no, we can't" to "Barrack to the Future!!"
