Gourlay earned her MS from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and her BA in anthropology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR.

Chuck Holmes is Deputy Managing Editor for NPR News. He works closely with NPR's Arts, Business, International, National, Science and Washington Desks to coordinate and facilitate daily news coverage and long-term planning for NPR News.

Nicole Beemsterboer is the Senior Producer of Investigations at NPR, where she oversees the conceptualization, development, and execution of the network's investigative reporting across all platforms and coordinates the team's internal and external news partnerships.
