I’ve never logged in before. How do I create an account?

You’re in luck! If you have donated to KNKX or Jazz24 in the past, or if you receive email communications from us, an account already exists for you. When you log in for the first time, you’ll simply need to set up a password. On the login page, click the “Forgot your username or password” button, enter your email address, follow the prompts we email to you to set your password. You’ll then be able to log in to your Member Center portal.

If you encounter any difficulties with this process, please contact us at info@knkx.org. We’ll be able to set up a temporary password for you to access your dashboard - once you’re logged in the first time, you can reset it from the main page by clicking “Edit Profile”.

If you have never donated to KNKX/Jazz24 and don't receive communications from us via email, you may need to Create an Account. To do this, simply click on “Member Login” and select “Create an Account”. Fill in your details and click submit, and you’ll be good to go!

I want to update my biographical information (address, phone number, email address, add/remove names associated with the account). How do I do that?

On your dashboard’s main page, you should see the current information we have on record for your account. To change any of the information, simply click on “Edit Profile” and update your details. Then hit save and you’ll be on your way!

How do I update my sustaining gift information?

At the top of your dashboard, you can find the “My Giving” tab. When you click on it, you’ll be taken to your giving page. You can update your payment details by clicking on “Edit Billing Information”, or change your gift date or amount by clicking on “Edit Gift”.

Can I manage my email preferences from the Member Portal?

Yes, you can! Navigate to the “Email Subscriptions” and check what emails you’re currently subscribed to. You can opt-in to or out-of subscriptions by clicking on their titles from this screen.

I’d like to choose my Sustainer Member gift. How do I do that from the Member Portal?

If you’re eligible to select a gift at this time, a notice will appear on your giving page. Click on “Select Thank You Gift”, choose which gift you’d like to receive from our available items, fill in your shipping details and click submit. It’s as easy as that!

Can I cancel my sustaining gift from the Member Portal?

You cannot cancel your sustaining gift from the Member Portal at this time. To cancel your membership, please contact us at info@knkx.org or give us a call at 877-677-5659. We’ll be happy to help.
