Ann has been studying music in Cuba for nearly 20 years, and her latest album, "Joy," reflects her connection to Cuban music and dance. Here's the story of her composition "Lada Mambo."
Seattle's Town Hall will get sanctified, Cuban-style, Oct. 17 with legendary pianist Chucho Valdés and his "Jazz Batá 2," where Cuban jazz meets sacred drums.
