Friends of Fission Northwest with Town Hall Seattle, is pleased to present a conversation with Miss America 2023, Grace Stanke, and Scott Montgomery (Jackson School of International Studies UW) to discuss her national platform advocating for “Clean Energy – Cleaner Future” and encouraging young women in STEM. She believes that America needs to convert to zero-carbon energy with a focus on nuclear power and breaks down misconceptions surrounding nuclear energy.

Grace Stanke is a nuclear engineering student with a story to tell. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of female scientists, engineers, and mathematicians.
