KNKX is proud to support the wide variety of activities going on at Seattle's Waterfront Park/Pier 62 this summer and fall, including:

Hip Hop 50 is August 12 from 12 to 8 p.m., celebrating the five elements of Hip Hop and shining light on Seattle’s contributions to the culture. This is a day for old friends and new friends; a family reunion and celebration. The event will feature The Residency, B-Boy and B-Girl Dance battles, a Fashion Show with performances by Kutt n Up, a Legends Cypher, and a Music Tribute featuring Vitamin D and Roc Phizzle.

Caribbean Sea Fest 2023 is August 13 from 12 to 7 p.m., which aims to bring together the culturally and linguistically diverse members of the Caribbean Community in the Pacific Northwest along with those interested in learning and experiencing Caribbean cultural expressions to share in a day of cultural performances, cultural expression, and cultural exchange.

The inaugural site of Seattle’s future Waterfront Park, Pier 62 is a revitalized historic pier offering flexible, active community space.
