Gerry & Paul: A Tribute to Paul Desmond & Gerry Mulligan
Saxophonists Gerry Mulligan and Paul Desmond recorded two albums ("Blues in Time" & "Two of a Mind") featuring the "pianoless quartet" format that Mulligan used on his famous recordings with trumpeter Chet Baker. Matso Limtiaco (bari sax) and Brent Jensen (Alto sax) pay tribute to the legendary Mulligan/Desmond sessions along with bassist Heather Chriscaden and drummer Greg Williamson.
