Retirement Resources You Should Know About
The workshop, which is free to the public, is scheduled from 1:00 to 3:30 pm at the Center and includes the following presenters:

Denny Kautzmann is leading off with his presentation on “Efficient Charitable Gifting.”
Denny is a Retired Professional with training and experience in life insurance and investing. He currently serves as chair of an international nonprofit based in Olympia and serves on two investment and finance committees.

Charles Butler, doing the second presentation entitled, “Retire Like a Boss Understanding Reverse Mortgages”
Charles is a Retirement Mortgage Advisor with New American Funding who specializes in helping homeowners incorporate housing wealth into their retirement planning. With decades of experience in residential lending, he focuses on reverse mortgage and home equity strategies designed to provide financial flexibility for homeowners age 62 and older

Sarah Ketter, presenting third with, “Senior Helpers – Aging in Place”
Sarah is the Owner and Community Relations Coordinator of Senior Helpers of Olympia, a locally owned provider of in-home senior care serving families throughout Thurston and surrounding counties. She is dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life by providing personalized, dependable care in the comfort of their homes.
