Celebrate the 30th Annual Magic in the Market at Pike Place Market on Saturday, November 29, as Seattle’s favorite holiday tradition returns!

Pike Place Market’s 30th Annual Magic in the Market returns on Saturday, November 29, 2025, coinciding with Small Business Saturday. From 11am to 4pm, the Market will transform into a festive holiday wonderland filled with free Santa photos, live reindeer, kids’ crafts, cookie decorating, holiday choirs, a Sip & Savor tasting event for adults and more! The celebration concludes with a 5pm lighting ceremony featuring the Can Can Dancers and a performance by Carly Ann Calbero. Celebrate 30 years of holiday magic, shop local, and make memories at the heart of Seattle.

As part of Magic in the Market, Pike Place Market will host a community food drive activation. From 11am to 4pm, community members are invited to deliver hearty soups and protein bars to the Market Farm Truck located near Pike Place and Stewart Street as part of the “Fill a Bowl, Fuel a Day” a food drive supporting the Pike Market Senior Center and Food Bank and its vital work providing nourishment to neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

The Pike Market Senior Center & Food Bank serves thousands of low-income seniors, families, and individuals each year, providing hot meals, grocery distributions, home-delivery programs, no-cook food bags, and other essential services. With food access needs at some of its highest levels in decades, donations of hearty soups, easy to prepare and distribute, and protein bars, nutrient-dense and shelf-stable, play a critical role in supporting neighbors facing hunger.
