Prosecutors Cite Tyco Execs' Lifestyle

Prosecutors making their closing arguments in the trial of two Tyco executives accused of stealing $170 million from the company emphasize what they call the pair's opulent lifestyles. Jurors are expected to begin deliberating Thursday in the case of former chief executive L. Dennis Kozlowski and former financial head Mark H. Swartz.
