Rainbow Center presents the Tacoma Pride Festival, sponsored by KNKX. Events include:

Pride Flag Raising at Tacoma Dome on June 30 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Tacoma Pride invites you to join Rainbow Center as watch the Inclusive Pride Flag being raised above the iconic Tacoma Dome. This event will take place in Parking Lot G of the Tacoma Dome on June 30 from 9:30 to 10:30. We will be joined by local officials, community leaders and members, with a special performance from Cheer Tacoma.

LGBTQ+ Community Pride Awards on July 7 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Pantages Theater. Tacoma Pride invites you to kick off Tacoma Pride Month with the LGBTQ+ Community Pride Award ceremony. We want to recognize individuals and organizations, who are either a part of the rainbow mafia or are allies to it, for the work they have done over the last year.

Pride Celebration on July 8 from 12 to 6 p.m. Come out and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community here in Tacoma! The street festival will be an all ages event that will include a mainstage, hosted by Alma Tacoma, with queer and BIPOC entertainment, a beer garden, Makers Market and so much more!

Movie in the Park on July 14 from 8 to 11 p.m. at 900 M.L.K. Jr. Way. Join Tacoma Pride in People’s Park for the feature film, Hairspray (1988). This all-ages event is in partnership with The Grand Cinema and MetroParks Tacoma. We encourage all attendees to grab take-out from one of the local restaurants in the area to enjoy during the film. You can’t stop the beat.

Oasis Youth Center's Big Hat Brunch July 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 5125 Grand Loop Ruston.
Join Oasis Youth Center for their Big Hat Brunch. This fundraising event helps support Oasis Youth Center, Pierce County’s drop-in, resource, and support center dedicated to queer youth. Pick out your most cheerful summer apparel and join us for a memorable morning of fabulous food, fun, and festivities!

Pride Closing Event on July 29 from 6-8 p.m. at Alma Mater. Join Rainbow Center as we celebrate and close out Tacoma Pride Month. This will be an all-ages event.
