Wines from the Rhone Valley are known for their rich, ripe flavors and sun-ripened fruit. But don’t be fooled by their richness & spice - these wines from the south of France belong on a summer menu where they are equally at home with a late-night dinner or at a lakeside picnic.
Validated parking available in rear garage (enter from 106th Ave) or take advantage of the free BellHop Shuttle. No reservations needed - grab a friend and stop in.
They were just four guys from Jersey until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard… and the radio just couldn’t get enough of.
But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off stage it was a very different story — a story that has made them an international sensation all over again. Go behind the music and inside the world of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in the Tony Award-winning true-life musical phenomenon, Jersey Boys.
This scintillating new production is full of electrifying performances of chart-topping hits including: “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” “Dawn,” “My Eyes Adore You,” and so many more!
Year Seven of Scarecrow Academy presents "Visions of America on Film," an ambitious ten-week online discussion series built around buoyant and bracing cinematic views of America. Each week we'll consider how some of the greatest filmmakers have pictured the US of A, through a variety of genres and eras.
Discussions are led by National Society of Film Critics member Robert Horton, author of the Seasoned Ticket column at the Scarecrow blog and Scarecrow's "Programmer-Historian in Residence." The Zoom sessions are free and open to all; there's no homework, but we encourage you to watch that week's movie, and please register online in advance. We meet on Saturdays at 2pm Pacific Time, beginning March 15, 2025.

Come meet Susan Jackson, Marilyn Place, and Kathy Clowery of Bainbridge Urban Sketchers as they share the stories behind how they began drawing and what keeps them coming back to sketch together every week. They’ll discuss how their art has evolved over time, the influence of sketching alongside talented artists, and how they encourage newcomers to the group.
The artwork in BIMA’s current Urban Sketchers exhibition was all created on location across Bainbridge Island. Visitors will recognize many familiar local spots, along with some pieces offering a more private glimpse into local homes and gardens, giving an insider’s view of Bainbridge Island.
Urban Sketchers Bainbridge is always free to participate! All you need is a pencil and a piece of paper — and if you don’t have any, they’re happy to provide them.
Audience Q&A and reception to follow.
