The Washington State Supreme Court will visit the University of Puget Sound campus Sept. 13–14 for an immersive two days that see the justices attending classes, hosting a panel for students, and hearing oral arguments in two cases. The public is invited to witness live legal proceedings on Sept. 14 in Schneebeck Hall.

In addition to the oral arguments, there will be a live panel session for the campus community, allowing attendees to interact with the justices and gain deeper insights into their work. The Washington State Supreme Court is the highest judicial body in the state, entrusted with the important task of interpreting and upholding the law. Comprising a panel of nine justices, the Court plays a pivotal role in ensuring justice, safeguarding rights, and maintaining the rule of law within the state.
