St. Barnabas Episcopal Church will host a benefit concert to support the rebuilding efforts for West Maui (Lahaina) victims of the wildfire disaster, with outstanding music provided by virtuoso pianist Henry Adam Curtis. Pianist “Hank” Curtis is a Kauai resident, virtuoso pianist, and composer who has played in many acclaimed U.S. music venues. Hank will present an evening of solo acoustic piano arrangements including traditional Hawaiian music, Broadway favorites, and original compositions that won him critical acclaim from Windham Hill and Polygram Records for their ability to effectively meld Classical, Jazz and New Age styles. Proceeds from the concert will go to The Episcopal Diocese of Hawai’i, which is on the frontlines, providing Maui families with resources to rebuild.
