Seattle's Tribute to The Last Waltz
On Friday, November 30, Seattle’s Tribute to The Last Waltz returns to the Neptune Theatre with their 9th annual benefit concert. Prepare for an unforgettable performance and come sing along to your favorite timeless hits like “The Weight” , “Up on Cripple Creek” , “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” , Van Morrison’s “Caravan” , and more!
As part of the annual tradition, Seattle’s Tribute to The Last Waltz is teaming up with Seattle Theatre Group and Northwest Harvest for a benefit show paying homage to The Band and their classic 1976 concert, made into a film by Martin Scorsese, and hailed as one of the greatest concert films ever made.
Over the past several years, Seattle’s Tribute to The Last Waltz, comprised of dozens of Seattle’s most lovely and talented musicians have performed songs from THE BAND’s “Last Waltz” raising tens of thousands of dollars for Northwest Harvest, as a part of KING5 Home Team Harvest, which have provided hundreds of thousands of nutritious meals for our communities.
Local participating artists include Shaina Shepherd, Kate Dinsmore, Ethan Anderson, Nick Foster, Sean Clavere, Shasta Bree, Danny Olson, and Steve Nagle.
