Live Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival - September 8th at the Armory Food & Event Hall

Experience the wonder and beauty of Hawaii right here in the Pacific Northwest at the Live
Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival, September 8 from 11am – 7pm at Seattle Center.

This free, family-oriented festival is your opportunity to celebrate Native Hawaiian arts and culture through
music and hula on two stages, dozens of Ono local food trucks and food vendors, fresh orchid
lei making, educational workshops, activities for kids, plus beautiful crafts and hand-made good
from artists coming from Hawai’i, Oregon, Utah, Alaska, Canada and Wahington.
Headlining this year’s festival will be legendary Na Leo Pilimehana: High school friends Nalani
Jenkins, Lehua Kalima, and Angela Morales, whose original song Local Boys launched their
award-winning music career as a female Hawaiian group. Na Leo is still creating their signature
sound and powerful music and 40 years later, Local Boys remains the #1 selling single in
Hawai’i music history.

Creating a community-based ‘home away from home’ for the thousands of Native Hawaiians
living in Washington state, this celebration of Hawaiian culture is a festival you don’t want to
miss.Live Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival is part of Seattle Center Festál, a year-round series of 24
free cultural festivals.
