BRENT JENSEN PRESENTS - JAZZ IN SEATTLE – PAST AND PRESENT
From its beginnings in the clubs on Jackson Street at the start of the last century to the annual Earshot Festival, saxophonist and jazz historian Brent Jensen returns to Anacortes to recount the story and legacy of Seattle jazz, including the jazz greats that passed through. The talk includes contemporary video. Free, at Anacortes Public Library, 2pm Thursday October 19, sponsored by the Manieri Endowment.
