Pentagon Eyes Changes for Guantanamo Detainees

The Pentagon is considering a number of changes in its policies on detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, The New York Times reports.

The paper says revisions under consideration include granting prisoners more power to challenge charges against them and barring certain techniques that have raised accusations of torture.
