From the Native American heritage to delicious Olympic Coast Cuisine and our role in partnering with local environmental educational organizations to provide educational activities designed to create a better understanding of the natural resources and issues facing the Olympic Peninsula. The Annual CrabFest is always FREE!
Exceptional and delicious food abounds at the Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival in the Kitsap Bank Crab Central Pavilion, on the First Federal City Pier, and in and around The Gateway Pavilion. Check out the old-fashioned Crab Feed every day at the Crab Central Tent (come any time Friday and enjoy a special discount at the Friday Community Crab Dinner).
There’s plenty of other fun to be had during the festival. The Grab-a-Crab Derby is fun for kids of all ages — even if you’re only spectating! You’ll find great FREE music at the Crab Central Tent. Freely roam over 75 craft, merchant, nonprofit and food booths on City Pier, endless FREE Cooking Demos, the Chowder Cook-Off on Sunday, and more! And please join us Sunday morning as we give thanks at the Crab Revival.
The Olympic Peninsula is a unique destination. And if you stay anywhere on the North Olympic Peninsula, from the Port Ludlow/Chimacum area to Forks, you can enjoy the true Olympic Peninsula experience and visit the Crab Festival, all on the same weekend! The Sequim area is 20-30 minutes east of Port Angeles, and Forks is less than an hour west, and just a few minutes from our amazing Pacific coast.
