The Seattle Stormhost Atlanta at KeyArena this evening in Game 2 of their best-of-five series for the WNBA title, the top rung in women's basketball. The Storm won Sunday's first game. When the team flies to Atlanta for Game 3, some of their most vocal fans plan to be there.

It's not hard to spot Amy Freeman at a Seattle Storm game. Near courtside on Sunday she wore a team-color green wig with long shiny hair. "We're trying to just trying to ramp it up as the Storm keeps doing better and better," says Freeman. Win or lose tonight, she, her partner and at least ten of her friends will be in Atlanta for Thursday's game. She says the road trip's entourage is growing. The Seattle attorney even found herself trying to recruit a guy she met Monday on the bus ride to work.

"He said he was considering going to Atlanta. I told him about how we got our tickets and I gave him my business card. I think I might have freaked him out a little bit," Freeman says, her voice trailing with laughter. "The more the merrier."

Believe it or not, Freeman says she doesn't consider herself a big sports fan. But after she moved to Seattle four years ago, her first Storm game had her hooked. She says watching these top female athletes play is fun.

"They are obviously not in it for the money. They really want to win, they really care about the game and each other, and it's just contagious," she says.

Freeman has already asked for next Monday off just in case the series extends to Game 4. She says she hopes the team will have the chance to win it all Thursday night.
